Role: Technical Web Manager

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Required Skills:

  • 9+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or equivalent role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, Typescript, or Go. Experience with React.js, Next.js and Node.js will go a long way in this role.
  • Experience with foundational backend and infrastructure technologies, like PostgreSQL, Nginx, CI/CD and Kubernetes.
  • Solid understanding of full-stack architecture, performance optimization, and scalability principles within an Enterprise-class software system.
  • Able to make effective trade-offs in regards to both engineering and product requirements, while balancing short term and long-term needs.
  • Experience developing cross-disciplinary collaboration between engineering, operations, support, and product groups.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing, coaching, and mentoring software engineers.
  • Experience with staffing, interviewing, building, and retaining teams.
  • Experience conveying complex ideas in written, verbal and presentational formats to get buy-ins from diverse stakeholders.
