The Role: Senior Manager, Client Servicing
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager to join our team in New Delhi. You will lead client relationships and manage internal teams across some of our flagship accounts, ensuring seamless execution of creator-led, digital and content campaigns. This is a high-impact role for someone who can blend strategic thinking with executional excellence, and has a passion for culture, content, and the creator ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the primary client-facing lead, managing senior stakeholders and driving trust-based relationships.
- Translate client objectives into clear campaign roadmaps - overseeing ideation and strategy, content development, and creator outreach and collaborations.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic alliances and relationships with creators/KOL's and oversee ongoing communication with them throughout campaigns / and or always-on retainer engagements.
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers and executives.
- Ensure seamless implementation of influencer and digital content campaigns.
- Oversee negotiations, contracts, partnerships and campaign terms with the creators/ KOLs.
- Oversee tracking and reporting, and ensure client reporting hygiene is maintained.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Proactively identify opportunities for innovation, high-impact collaborations,and long-term client growth.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in client servicing, brand management / PR / Influencer Management/Digital marketing (agency-side experience preferred).
- Proven track record in managing large-scale brand/ digital/PR/ influencer-led campaigns.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling capabilities.
- A motivated hustler - proactive in approach and up for a challenge, and knows how to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience and familiarity with digital content trends, new-age platforms and creator ecosystems.
- Prior experience working with automobile brands is a strong plus.
