About Role
The Asst. Hotel Sales and Relationship Manager is responsible for the leadership of the Hotel Membership Sales to ensure the success of the program through the training, coaching and ongoing development of new and existing Accor Plus Ambassadors and hotel teams to achieve and exceed KPIs.The Asst. Hotel Sales and Relationship Manager is a hands on operational role. This role will support the Loyalty Plus hotel sales program in select Accor hotels by facilitating and training hotel teams to sell the Accor Plus membership.
Loyalty Plus
Build and maintain strong relationships with Accor hotels management to support the Loyalty Plus program Facilitate training to Accor hotels team members on the Loyalty Plus program Provide proactive support and advise to hotels as required to ensure engagement in the Loyalty Plus program and achievement of targets. Weekly sales results to drive performance to individual hotelsLeadership

Experience Required
Proven experience hotel training and development of staff to achieve sales performance Demonstrated ability to achieve, and exceed, sales targets Experience in facilitation of training programsCompetencies
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, inspire, coach teams with clear lines of communication Strong networking / Relationship building skills - identifies and builds key relationships internally and externally that support achieving the outcomes in the business. Planning, time management and organisational skills – develops a business plan with the broader organisational needs and the longer-term objectives in mind in order to meet the short-term requirements.
