  • Drive commodity derivatives product development with focus on energy commodities.
  • Lead BRSR reporting practices and ensure compliance in the BFSI sector.
  • Implement and monitor ESG frameworks and rating requirements.
  • Execute initiatives for GHG emission reduction, energy efficiency, and social governance.
  • Ensure transparent business processes and corporate governance.
  • Track market/regulatory developments in commodity derivatives and ESG to identify opportunities and risks.

Requisites

  • Experience in Commodity Derivatives Product Development
  • Strong knowledge of commodity derivatives markets, especially energy commodities.
  • Proven background in product development roles within commodity markets.
  • Understanding of BRSR reporting in BFSI.
  • Expertise in executing ESG practices (GHG reduction, energy efficiency, gender parity, governance).
