Job Description: Organic Growth Marketing Specialist for YouTube and Social MediaWe are looking for a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented Organic Growth Marketing Specialist to join our YouTube and social media team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing and executing innovative strategies to increase organic reach, engagement, and subscriber growth across various social media platforms, with a strong emphasis on YouTube.

Responsibilities:Develop and implement organic growth strategies to increase YouTube channel subscribers, video views, and engagementConduct thorough research on target audience, competitors, and industry trends to inform content strategy and optimize performanceCollaborate with the creative team, including script writers, video editors, and motion graphic designers, to ensure content aligns with organic growth objectivesOptimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to improve search visibility and click-through ratesIdentify and capitalize on trending topics, hashtags, and opportunities for increased organic reach and engagementDevelop and maintain relationships with influencers, collaborators, and other YouTube channels for cross-promotion and partnership opportunitiesAnalyze and interpret YouTube and social media analytics to measure the success of organic growth strategies and identify areas for improvementCreate and manage an engaging community on YouTube and other social media platforms, actively responding to comments and fostering meaningful interactionsStay up-to-date with the latest YouTube and social media algorithms, best practices, and trends in organic growth marketingCollaborate with the paid media team to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive marketing strategy across all channels

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in organic growth marketing, preferably for YouTube or other social media platformsProven track record of successfully growing YouTube channels and social media accounts organicallyIn-depth knowledge of YouTube and other major social media platforms, including algorithms, best practices, and trendsStrong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data using tools such as Google Analytics and YouTube AnalyticsExcellent understanding of SEO principles and how to optimize content for search visibilityFamiliarity with influencer marketing and collaboration strategiesExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlinesCreative problem-solving skills and a willingness to experiment with new organic growth strategies and tactics
