Company Description

International Academy of Facial Cosmetic Surgery (IAFCS) is a unique training academy based in India, offering skills-based training in all aspects of Cosmetology, Cosmetic Surgery & Facial Aesthetics to professionals worldwide. The role will report to BANDRA KURLA COMPLEX office, in Mumbai, India.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counsellor ands INSIDE SALES AGENT at IAFCS in Mumbai. The Counsellor will be responsible for counselling Doctors on the curriculum and program, aligning & developing relationships with them and getting the doctors to pay the fees and sign up for the courses accredited by UGC approved universities etc.


This role would also look at new business development, business planning, business relationship management, course counselling, and sales on a day-to-day basis.


1) SALES FOR Training courses FOR AESTHETICS: Counsel Doctors and sell training programs in line with the business plan, along with the business head

2) Align cosmetology online and offline curriculum

3) Align faculty (dermatologists/plastic surgeons/ cosmetologists)

4) Align new training locations and getting the curricula accredited by UGC approved universities etc

5) Drive Sales Of the Courses and Profitability for the Academy, by enrolling doctors (MBBS, MD, MS, McH, BDS, MDS, Ayush, etc )for Clinical Cosmetology and Aesthetics courses .

6) Drive the Marketing Programs leading to leads coming in and drive the sales funnel

7) Develop relationships with industry partners for sponsorship of the courses



Qualifications

  • EXPERIENCE WITH SALES, SELLING COURSES for doctors in aesthetic medicine, cosmetology, cosmetic dermatology & cosmetology, in organisations like ILAMED, ILACAD, IICTN, etc.
  • COUNSELLING Experience with Online Course and Curriculum INFORMATION PROVIDING in Aesthetics
  • New Business Development, Business Planning, and Business Relationship Management skills
  • Contract Negotiation and Sales skills
  • Proven track record of successful business development and sales growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
