JOB DESCRIPTION OF GENERAL MANAGER (SALES)

Location: Navi Mumbai, India (In-office position)

At Holistic Nature Homes, we are more than builders – we are creators of nature-centric living and customized second homes. From land procurement to designing the perfect nature home, from building it to managing the property, we curate every step.

QUALIFICATION:

- Diploma/Degree/MBA in Hotel Management/Marketing/Business Administration.- Should have 10+ Years Experience- Good communication skills- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the real estate and hospitality industry.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans.- Deep understanding of the real estate and hospitality markets.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in the real estate and hospitality sectors. Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.2. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to help team members succeed.3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including real estate developers, hoteliers, investors, and other industry stakeholders. Identify client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.4. Business Development: Drive business development efforts to expand our client base and increase market share. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.5. Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Use market research and analysis to inform sales strategies and identify areas for growth.6. Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs. Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure sales goals are achieved.7. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and support sales objectives.8. Budget Management: Manage the sales budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and drive sales growth.

CTC: 8-18 +INCENTIVES
