Marketing Associate

We’re looking for a full-time Marketing Associate who’s ready who is ready to take ownership, make an impact, and drive La Fetch’s growth by connecting with brands, managing campaigns, and ensuring smooth execution across multiple marketing touchpoints. If you have the skills to pitch, coordinate, and connect, and the drive to make a tangible impact, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Management: Support the planning, execution, and coordination of events, exhibitions, and pop-ups, ensuring a seamless experience.
2. Brand Relations: Pitch La Fetch to prospective brands, foster strong relationships, and serve as a point of contact for existing partners.
3. Represent LaFetch: Dive into the action by traveling to event venues, meeting brand representatives, and managing on-ground operations.
• Think of it as your stage to hustle, connect, and represent LaFetch’s vibrant ecosystem.
4. Production Coordination: Assist with basic production tasks, ensuring all event requirements are in place and aligned with our brand standards.
5. Problem-Solving On the Go: Handle last-minute event challenges with a cool head and a creative solution.
6.Market Research: Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and competitors, contributing insights to refine marketing strategies.
7.Event Analysis: Document outcomes, provide feedback, and contribute ideas for future improvements.

Basic Candidate Qualifications:
Experience : 6 months to 2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or event coordination, preferably in the fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce sector.
Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skillset :
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of marketing tools.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and multitask effectively.
Availability : Ready to work on-site at the Gurgaon office with flexibility for travel as required.
