**Job Brief**:
We're on the lookout for a dynamic and ambitious Marketing Associate to become an integral part of our company's journey. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in implementing and optimising marketing strategies to promote our brand & attract startups.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, manage digital marketing channels, and analyse campaign performance. This position is best suited for people who are looking to work hard, think creatively, have an eye for detail, are analytical, and hustle to hit goals.

**Note**:We work 6 days a week from our office.**

**Office location - **Near MG Metro station, Gurgaon

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Manage the brand's digital presence, including website content, social media platforms, and online advertising
- Supporting, informing, and crafting a marketing strategy and driving systematic growth
- Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling marketing collateral
- Monitor and manage campaign budgets, schedules, and performance metrics
- Develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to the website
- Optimise digital marketing campaigns to improve conversion rates and achieve marketing goals
- Write compelling blog articles, and other marketing materials to attract and engage the target audience
- Ensure all marketing content maintains a consistent tone and style

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, channels, and best practices
- Proficiency in social media platforms, digital advertising tools, and analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with copywriting abilities
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and analyse marketing data
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of each task.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
