We are looking for an fresh enthusiastic and quick learner to join our team as a Zoho Implementation Specialist (Entry Level). The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the implementation, customization, and support of Zoho applications used across departments. This is a great opportunity for freshers or junior professionals to grow their career in business process automation and cloud software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up and configuring Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and Zoho People.
  • Learn and implement basic workflow automation, form customization, and user roles.
  • Support data migration activities from spreadsheets or legacy systems to Zoho platforms.
  • Create and maintain simple reports and dashboards using Zoho tools.
  • Work with senior team members to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and provide functional support.
  • Maintain documentation for configuration and customizations.

Required Skills:

  • Basic understanding of cloud-based applications and SaaS tools.
  • Familiarity with Zoho suite (CRM/Books/Creator/People) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Deluge, JavaScript, or SQL) is preferred.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • Internship or project experience with Zoho tools or similar CRMs is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and data handling basics.

Experience: 1-2 Years

Location: Onsite - Chennai

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
