Role - Enterprise Content Writer

ManageEngine is the IT management division of Zoho Corporation. With over 280,000 customers across the world, ManageEngine is a recognized leader in the IT management space. We've been witnessing phenomenal growth and to keep up with the demand we are doubling down on our hiring to build a world-class team.

We are looking for a skilled content specialist for our enterprise content marketing team within ManageEngine. The enterprise team focusses on creating thoughtful and engaging content collateral regarding the latest technology trends and regularly engages with internal spokesperson and external industry leaders to drive thought leadership content. The ideal candidate will need to have a passion and flair for creating engaging content spanning different formats, be research-oriented, and have a keen understanding of the IT/Technology landscape. If you're familiar with producing digital content and have an eye for detail, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you'll deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audience, attract customers, and boost brand awareness.

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop persuasive and high quality content for blogs, thought leadership articles, create podcasts, work on industry stories, white papers, and more.
  • Develop interactive and engaging video content relevant to the industry audience.
  • Liaise with different teams across the organization to identify the latest trends and disruptions in the market.
  • Build and run an editorial calendar; coordinate with other content creators to develop and publish content that meets our audience's requirements.
  • Ensure SEO best practices across all content collateral.
  • Maintain and adhere to a social media calendar for promotional activities.
  • Develop unique marketing campaigns to promote various types of content pieces.
  • Measure the performance of published content and perform in-depth analysis to improve critical metrics.
  • Review and implement process changes to drive operational excellence.
  • Regularly collaborate with external influencers and industry experts.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ability to strategize and create content and messaging relevant to the target audience.
  • Exceptional writing, communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
  • Ability to ship great content under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to explain complex technical matters in a simple manner without using jargon.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of content marketing experience in the Internet, media, or tech industries.
  • Your skill set is a nice intersection between copywriting, technical writing,marketing, and public speaking.
  • The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously.
