Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Kannur. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, demonstrating product knowledge, managing sales transactions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include maintaining product displays, tracking inventory, and providing feedback to the sales team. The role requires effective communication, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

  • Sales and Customer Service skills
  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage sales transactions and maintain product displays
  • Experience with Inventory Tracking and Reporting
  • Teamwork and Collaboration skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
  • Previous experience in a retail environment is beneficial
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in Sales or Marketing are a plus
