About Us:

We are a dynamic digital marketing company specializing in IT services, seeking to expand our business globally by acquiring new clients from Europe, Canada, Dubai, and other international markets. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and help us grow our international client base.

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by finding and securing new clients for our IT and digital marketing services in international markets. You will identify potential leads, build strong client relationships, and work closely with the marketing and delivery teams to fulfill client requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and international business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients in Europe, Canada, Dubai, and other international markets.
  • Generate leads and proactively reach out to prospects through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable IT and digital marketing solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and project teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and achievements to management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in target regions.
  • Attend virtual meetings and, if required, international business events to network and promote services.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in IT/digital marketing).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of international markets and cultural nuances in business.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven with a passion for growth and client success.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to work across different time zones for client interactions.
