Our Lady Queen of Peace School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Educational Support Offer - Curriculum/Personalised Intervention (Grade 4)  to join our vibrant learning community. You will play a vital role in supporting Teachers and students in fostering a positive learning environment for all.   About You If you are passionate about education, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working with students, we encourage you to apply. The successful applicant will demonstrate an ability to: Deliver the Playberry T3 multisensory literacy intervention with fidelity to the model, ensuring structured and systematic teaching for students Assess, monitor and document student progress (pre-tests, benchmark assessments, ongoing formative assessments) Tailor and scaffold instruction to meet individual students’ needs while maintaining consistency with the T3 program guidelines Collaborate with classroom teachers, learning support staff, and other specialists to coordinate intervention and integrate supports Participate in professional development and ongoing training in multisensory, evidence-based literacy instruction (including TSD levels 1-3) Maintain accurate records, reports, and progress summaries for parents, teachers and leadership team Attend team meetings and planning sessions Stay current with research and best practices in dyslexia intervention, structured literacy, and multisensory instruction Promote positive engagement, motivation, and an inclusive, student-centered learning environment The successful applicant will have the following knowledge and/or skills: Certification or training in TSD (Teaching Students with Dyslexia) and Playberry T3 (or willingness to undergo this training) Demonstrated knowledge of structured literacy, phonics, phonemic awareness, morphology, orthography, and evidence-based intervention methods Experience working with students with severe reading/spelling difficulties or dyslexia Ability to adapt instruction to individual learner profiles while maintaining program integrity Strong assessment and data analysis skills Excellent communication skills (oral and written) — for working with students, staff, parents Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams Patience, persistence, flexibility, and a growth mindset Commitment to ongoing professional learning and reflective practice Proficiency with relevant educational technologies, digital record-keeping, and intervention resources Application process: Applicants are encouraged to explore our school website and Facebook page to gain deeper insight into our school culture and values.
