Recruitment SpecialistJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and engineering positions within the il & Gas/EPC/Construction or Heavy engineering sectors etc. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge, sourcing expertise, and proven ability to handle niche and senior-level engineering mandates across onshore and offshore disciplines.Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical, engineering, and project-based roles across Oil & Gas, EPC, and Energy industries.- Partner with hiring managers or clients to understand project requirements, technical skills, and workforce needs.- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, headhunting, and industry networking.- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical expertise, project exposure, and compliance requirements.- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and facilitate onboarding in line with client timelines.- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and candidate database within internal ERP/ATS systems.- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the Oil & Gas and engineering markets.- Work closely with the business development team to support manpower proposals and tender submissions.- Ensure compliance with internal policies, local labor laws, and client-specific hiring processes.- Build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and technical consultants to ensure consistent delivery quality.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Human Resources, or a related discipline.- 4–8 years of proven experience in recruitment for Oil & Gas/EPC/Construction or Heavy engineering sectors etc- Strong understanding of project-based hiring (onshore/offshore, construction, commissioning, maintenance, shutdown).- Familiarity with technical job categories such as fabrication, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and HSE.- Proficiency in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Boolean search.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple project deadlines.- ERP/ATS experience preferred.
