About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist with strong communication skills to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO strategy, implementation, and performance analysis. You will be responsible for driving organic growth, improving search rankings, and collaborating with content, design, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
  • Optimize website architecture, content, internal linking, and technical SEO elements.
  • Manage link-building campaigns and outreach for high-quality backlinks.
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Prepare monthly SEO reports and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing team to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry changes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience in local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
  • Understanding of content marketing and social media integration.
  • Basic understanding of AEO, and AISO.
