Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and enhance online visibility. This role requires an analytical mindset, a strong understanding of SEO trends, and the ability to execute on-page and off-page optimization techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Perform keyword research and identify opportunities for content optimization.
  • Optimize website structure, content, and metadata for search engines (on-page SEO).
  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Implement and manage link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and recommend site improvements.
  • Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly content.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Stay up-to-date with algorithm updates and best practices to ensure compliance with search engine guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
  • Ability to conduct technical SEO audits and fix issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with local SEO.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in SEO or Digital Marketing.
  • Experience in managing SEO for healthcare.
