Brand Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Manager to join our team at Originally Desi in Gurgaon. This role is responsible for elevating our brand presence through strategic partnerships, event activations, social media engagement, and various promotional activities. As a Brand Manager, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, creating memorable experiences, and promoting our premium products to a discerning audience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Connecting with Luxury and Ultra-Luxury Societies : Build and nurture relationships with high-end residential societies to organize exclusive events, product showcases, and experiential activations to engage the target audience.
- Farmers Market Participation : Represent Originally Desi at various farmers markets, ensuring an engaging brand presence. Drive interactions with customers, build community relationships, and generate leads for product sales and awareness.
- Social Media Monitoring & Trend Analysis : Regularly evaluate social media platforms to identify trending topics and consumer sentiment. Leverage this insight to guide content creation, social media strategies, and marketing campaigns.
- Brand Promotion & Awareness : Implement a variety of strategies aimed at increasing visibility and promoting the brand. This includes conducting influencer partnerships, collaborations with relevant brands, and offline and online marketing tactics to reinforce the brand identity.
- Event Planning & Execution : Assist in the conceptualization, planning, and execution of events that showcase the brand in premium settings. Ensure events are aligned with the brand's high-end positioning.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with sales, design, and product teams to ensure the brand message is consistently communicated across all touchpoints. Coordinate with external agencies for marketing and advertising needs.
- Monitoring Campaign Effectiveness : Analyze the impact of various promotional campaigns and events, gather customer feedback, and report on results to refine strategies for continuous growth.
- Market Research : Conduct research to stay ahead of market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor strategies in the luxury goods and premium lifestyle sectors.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or public relations, preferably in the luxury or premium products sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding of social media trends, digital marketing tools, and influencer partnerships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
