A growing Solar EPC company committed to delivering reliable, efficient, and innovative solar energy solutions toCommercial & Industrial(C&I) customers is looking for a dedicatedProject Manager to lead the execution of rooftop solar projectsand help us power India's transition to clean energy.Key Responsibilities: • Lead end to end execution of rooftop solar projectsfor C&I customer , ensuring project scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements are met. •Coordinate site assessments and system design and finalise it with customer. • Develop and manage project plansincluding scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. • Manage procurement, installation & commissioning activities. •Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and implement corrective actions as needed to mitigate risks and delays. • Coordinate with liaison partners t o ensure timely completion of net metering formalities. • Prepare and submit progress report, project handover documentation. •Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the organization.Qualifications & Skills: •Bachelor's degree in engineering with 4-6 years of experience in solar projects covering all phases from planning and execution to completion and handover. • Must have experience in Indian solar rooftop (commercial and industrial) Projects •Preferred:1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Site Engineer in solar power projects. • Experience in installation of 200 kW to 2MW solar rooftop •Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of motivating teams, effectively delegating tasks, and fostering a collaborative work environment to achieve project objectives •Immediate joiner preferred
