Job description


The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the call center. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the call center industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify New Business Opportunities:  Research and identify potential clients and markets for call center services. Develop and implement strategies to target new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management:  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:  Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Market Analysis:  Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Provide insights and recommendations to improve business strategies.
  • Collaboration:  Work closely with the marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Reporting:  Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Provide updates to senior management on business development efforts.
  • Experience:  Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the call center or BPO industry.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the call center industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
