Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the call center. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the call center industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and markets for call center services. Develop and implement strategies to target new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Provide insights and recommendations to improve business strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Provide updates to senior management on business development efforts.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the call center or BPO industry.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of the call center industry and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
