As UX/Interaction designer you lay the foundation for fantastic end-to-end user experiences. You have an appetite for complex challenges and can’t wait to translate them into beautiful and smart digital products. Responsibilities:Apply generative methods to uncover potential challenges and opportunitiesTranslate strategy into well thought-through journeys, flows and wireframesSubstantiating your design choices with annotations, specifications and animationsPresenting your work to clients and stakeholders and handle input and feedbackWork back-to-back with visual designers on the final product and deliveryCreate simple prototypes (and validate these with users if needed)Support less experienced designers on your projectsSeamlessly collaborating with multiple stakeholders and internal departments through the lifecycle of your projectsDesign at DEPT®:A group of creative colleagues that will feel like friends in no-time;Good vibes: we’re trusting and believe in creative freedom and autonomy;If you grow, we grow. Ultimately, we are looking for a unique individual who wants to strengthen our work and community.You:Have 3+ years of experience as Interaction/UX designer at an agency, consultancy firm or renowned brand;Are based (or willing to relocate) to Mumbai;Are a strong communicator. Professional level spoken and written English is a must for this role;A completed bachelor- or masters degree in a relevant fieldHave experience with digital projects for local or international A-brands, demonstrated through a portfolio (website, Figma or PDF)Have experience with working in multidisciplinary teams;Have a strong appreciation for aesthetics and are familiar with motion
