We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our diverse and collaborative UX Design team. You'll work closely with fellow designers to create innovative solutions across a broad range of domains, including B2C and B2B software applications.
Based on your experience, exposure, and interests, you may engage in some or all of the following responsibilities:
Design Research and Testing
Lead and execute stakeholder interviews to align design goals with business objectives.
Plan, conduct, and document user research activities to uncover user needs and pain points.
Perform competitive research to identify industry trends and opportunities for differentiation.
Define core use cases by empathizing with users and understanding their challenges.
Create user personas, use cases, and task analyses to inform design decisions.
Develop intuitive task flows and user journeys to enhance experiences.
Refine Information Architecture to improve content organization and navigation.
Design and iterate on low and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes.
Conduct and document user testing sessions to validate design decisions.
Analyze usability testing outcomes to iteratively improve designs.
Interface Design
Establish visual design strategies and brand interface language.
Apply interaction design patterns and best practices to large-scale software projects.
Design interfaces for diverse interaction modes (touch, mouse, keyboard, pen).
Utilize and enhance existing design systems and pattern libraries.
Ensure interfaces comply with WCAG accessibility guidelines (A, AA, AAA).
Define UI components, including attributes and behavioral guidelines.
Focus on user-centric design that prioritizes primary user needs.
Develop high-fidelity prototypes with intricate interactions and workflows.
General Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive design roadmaps aligned with product milestones.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and designers to enable smooth handoffs to development.
Lead design reviews and provide constructive critiques to maintain quality and consistency.
Present design concepts and research findings effectively.
Advocate for innovative design ideas that enhance user experiences and products.
