Job Description:


We are looking for a seasoned Oracle EBS Functional HRMS Consultant to lead and manage the rollout of our Oracle E-Business Suite Human Resources Management System (HRMS). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle HRMS modules, extensive experience with end-to-end implementations, and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:


- Planning, design, and implementation of Oracle EBS HRMS rollout projects.


Functional Expertise:

- Provide functional expertise in Oracle HRMS modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR (SSHR), Oracle Learning Management (OLM), Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), and others.

- Conduct requirements gathering sessions and fit-gap analysis.

- Configure Oracle HRMS modules to meet business requirements.


**Qualifications:**


- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

- 6+ years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules.

- Proven experience in leading Oracle EBS HRMS rollout projects.

- Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.

- Proficiency in Oracle HRMS configuration and implementation.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


**Preferred Skills:**


- Oracle EBS R12 experience.

- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM is a plus.

- Good to have Certification in Oracle EBS HRMS modules.

- Experience in multinational rollouts and understanding of global HR practices.

Job Title: Oracle EBS Technical HRMS Consultant


Job Description:


We are looking for a seasoned Oracle EBS Technical HRMS Consultant to lead and manage the technical aspects of rolling out our Oracle E-Business Suite Human Resources Management System (HRMS). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle HRMS modules, extensive experience with technical implementations, and the ability to effectively collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders.


**Key Responsibilities:**


- Technical planning, design, and implementation of Oracle EBS HRMS rollout projects.


**Technical Expertise:**

- Provide technical expertise in Oracle HRMS modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR (SSHR), Oracle Learning Management (OLM), Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), and others.

- Design and develop customizations, extensions, modifications, localizations, and integrations (CEMLI) as needed.

- Perform data migrations, data conversions, and system integrations.


**Qualifications:**


- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 6+ years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules.

- Proven experience in leading Oracle EBS HRMS technical rollout projects.

- Strong technical skills in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).

- Experience with Oracle EBS R12, including technical upgrades and patching.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


**Preferred Skills:**


- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM is a plus.

- Good to have Certification in Oracle EBS HRMS modules.

- Experience in multinational rollouts and understanding of global HR practices.

- Knowledge of Java, XML, and web services integration.
