We are looking for team members in our Digital function with 3-5 years experience of working with Social media agencies or Brand management teams.

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years in Social Media Management

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies for clients, aligning with their overall marketing goals and performance marketing objectives.Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, andMonitor and analyse social media metrics to track success and adjust strategies as neededCollaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure social media efforts align with overall campaign objectivesManage ORMCreate regular social listening reportsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for social media management and performance marketing

Qualifications:

1.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master’s degree in communications/ MMs/ MBA is welcome.2.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social media management, with a focus on agency work and performance marketing3.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, performance marketing, and their algorithms. Execution expertise will be preferred4.

Knowledge of whatsapp and email marketing5.

Strong analytical skills and experience with social media metrics6.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills7.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

COMPENSATION:Salary will commensurate experience and industry standards
