Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
  • Manage and maintain all company social media accounts, including creating and scheduling content
  • Monitor social media platforms and channels for industry trends, news, and relevant discussions
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new social media trends and technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 3-4years of Proven experience in managing social media platforms for E-commerce
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive decision making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and innovative content
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
