Job Description

Were looking for a proactive Customer Support/Inside Sales professional to handle corporate Diwali gifting enquiries. You'll respond to leads on WhatsApp/phone/email, qualify quickly, share catalogs/quotations, coordinate samples & dispatch with operations, and close small–mid tickets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads within 5 minutes on WhatsApp/phone; maintain high CSAT.
  • Qualify (Budget/Quantity/City/Deadline), recommend hamper tiers, share catalog & quotation.
  • Create & follow up on proforma invoices, payment reminders, and documentation (GST/FSSAI).
  • Coordinate with production/logistics for samples, branding sleeves, dispatch & tracking.
  • Maintain CRM/Google Sheets: pipeline, status, notes, next actions.
  • Post-order support: delivery tracking, issue resolution, feedback/NPS.

Must-Have Skills

  • Excellent spoken & written communication (English + Hindi; Bengali a plus).
  • WhatsApp Business etiquette, professional call handling, objection handling.
  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets, familiarity with CRM (Zoho/HubSpot) is a plus.
  • High ownership, follow-through, and festival-season stamina.

KPIs

  • Lead response time 5 mins;
  • Daily touchpoints: 60+ calls/WhatsApp messages;
  • Quote-to-order conversion; On-time follow-ups; NPS/CSAT.
