Currently, we are HIRING for **'Customer Support Executive (Inbound)' **position as mentioned below:

** Work Experience **: 1+ year (on **Inbound process**)

** Education**: 10+2 (**English medium** proffered)

** Job Summary**:

- To gain customer into the platform of an online gaming site.
- Reaching out to new customers and explaining them the benefits of the online site and hand-holding in registration online.
- To be able to enter data and engage through web chat and social media.
- All back-end activities support of the gaming platform.
- Should be able to take the KYC Documents and approve.
- Includes data entry, should be good in handling data.
- Should be able to communicate through social media and web chatting.
- Includes withdrawal support.
- Must have excellent spoken & communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Should be exceptionally smart, confident and independent worker.

** Desired Abilities**:

- **English medium **educational background preferred.

** Skills**:

- Must have **excellent knowledge on CRICKET.**:

- Must have good knowledge on MS-EXCEL.
- Must have fluency in English, Hindi & Bengali.
- Must have passion for CRICKET.

** Gross Salary**:Rs. 10,000/- to 12,000 p.m. (Depending on work experience and present salary)

** Other Benefits**: PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Group Mediclaim, Annual Bonus.

** Shift Timing**:Rotational

** Working Days **:6 days (in a week)

** Week Off **: 1 day **(rotational)**
- ** Work-from-home will be given only during Evening & Night shifts only.**_

** Job location**:PS Srijan Corporate Park, Tower-1, Sector-5, Salt Lake, Kolkata.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
