Job Summary :


We are actively seeking a talented and experienced PeopleSoft Technical Consultant to join our team. As a PeopleSoft Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of PeopleSoft solutions. The ideal candidate possesses in-depth technical expertise in PeopleSoft modules, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to collaborate with clients to deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities :

1. Requirements Analysis :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to PeopleSoft modules.

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.

2. Technical Design and Development :

- Design, develop, and implement technical solutions within the PeopleSoft framework.

- Customize and extend PeopleSoft applications using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, and other relevant technologies.

3. Integration and Data Management :

- Work on integrating PeopleSoft with other systems and applications.

- Develop and execute data migration plans to ensure accurate and seamless transitions.

4. Performance Optimization :

- Identify and address performance issues in PeopleSoft applications.

- Implement best practices for performance tuning and optimization.

5. Testing and Quality Assurance :

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of PeopleSoft solutions.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and end-users to validate and troubleshoot applications.

6. Documentation :

- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all PeopleSoft solutions developed.

- Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams.

7. Client Collaboration :

- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.

- Provide technical consultancy and recommendations to optimize PeopleSoft usage and performance.

Requirements :

1. Education and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Technical Consultant with a focus on PeopleSoft modules.

2. Technical Skills :

- Proficient in PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, and other PeopleSoft development tools.

- Experience with PeopleSoft application architecture and customization.

3. Communication and Collaboration :

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.

- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

4. Problem-Solving :

- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

5. Certifications : PeopleSoft certifications are a plus
