With a commitment to long-term success, they empower clients and society to move confidently into the digital future.Job DescriptionDesign, develop, and customize solutions on Dynamics 365 CE Customer Service , with strong focus on Omnichannel capabilities.Build modern, scalable components using PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) and deliver high-quality applications across the Power Platform ecosystem.Integrate Dynamics 365 solutions with Azure services and ensure secure, seamless API communication.Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, and integrations.Mandatory Skills✔ Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE Customer Service , especially Omnichannel✔ Strong experience building PCF controls (Power Apps Component Framework)✔ Proficiency with Power Platform tools — Power Apps (Model-driven & Canvas), Power Automate, Power Pages✔ Good understanding of Azure services , especially API authentication, AAD, OAuth, integrations✔ Experience customizing Dataverse entities, forms, plugins, workflows
