The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, be highly organized, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records- Coordinate with procurement team to ensure timely ordering and receipt of inventory- Oversee warehouse operations, including storage, handling, and shipping of inventory- Implement and maintain inventory management systems and processes- Analyze inventory data to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste- Collaborate with sales team to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory planning- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies- Supervise and train inventory staff- Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts- Develop and implement inventory management reports and dashboards

*Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field- At least 8 years of experience in inventory management- Experience in the seed industry or agriculture preferred- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices- Proficient in inventory management software and systems- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills- Preferably Male
