Role Overview:-
As the Human Resources Training and Development Manager at IgniteAndRise, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that align with our company's goals and values. Your role will be crucial in developing our talent pool, enhancing employee capabilities, and ensuring that our workforce remains competitive and engaged.
Key Responsibilities:-
Training Strategy Development: Design and implement training and development strategies that align with our company’s objectives and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Program Management: Oversee the creation and execution of training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Onboarding Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding training programs to ensure new employees are fully integrated and prepared to succeed.
Employee Development: Identify training needs across the organization and work with department heads to create development plans for employees at all levels
Leadership Development: Create and implement leadership development programs to cultivate future leaders within the organization.
Performance Improvement: Collaborate with managers to identify performance gaps and develop targeted training interventions to address these areas.
Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments to improve outcomes.
Training Schedules: Manage the scheduling of training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
Consultation and Support: Act as the primary contact for training and development inquiries, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training programs, employee progress, and feedback. Prepare reports on training outcomes and effectiveness for senior leadership.
Innovative Learning Methods: Stay informed about the latest training trends and technologies to introduce innovative learning solutions.
️♂️ Verification & Background Checks: Conduct verification and background checks as part of the onboarding process for new hires.
Candidate Motivation: Encourage and support employees and new hires throughout their training journey to ensure engagement and successful development.
Daily Reporting: Submit accurate and timely daily reports to your Reporting Manager.
Compensation Details:-
1. Please review the job description thoroughly.
2. The initial compensation will be variable for the first six months from the date of joining.
3. During this period, payment will be performance-based, with ₹5,000 awarded for each training program successfully completed and implemented.
4.️ Payments will be disbursed within 60 to 90 days.
5. After the initial six months, your compensation will transition to a fixed CTC, which will include a 20-40% increase based on performance and tenure.
6. Basic Salary: ₹30,000 per month, payable upon the completion of your contract. Early departure will forfeit the basic salary.
