Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for commercial office projects.
  • Develop space planning, conceptual layouts, and detailed design presentations.
  • Prepare and review working drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions.
  • Work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and vendors to ensure design intent is met during execution.
  • Stay updated with workplace design trends, sustainable solutions, and material innovations.
  • Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and design reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Participate in client presentations, pitches, and business development activities when required.
  • Coordinate with MEP and other consultants for integrated design solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design/Architecture.
  • 8–12 years of experience in designing commercial office spaces.
  • Strong knowledge of workplace design standards, ergonomics, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office (Revit knowledge is an advantage).
  • Strong presentation and client communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a balance of design aesthetics and technical detailing.
