Cross Function coordination (Engineering, Production center, Sourcing, Industrial Eng., Services,...) with each head of Department will be required to deliver and execute the plan/actions and ensure timely readiness. Your Profile Must Have: Strong PM competencies and ability to summarize/report status, planning, and mitigation plan at Senior & Executive level Show assertiveness and ability to navigate/collaborate inside different level of the organization Influential, listening and communication (incl. in Hindi/Marathi) skills Have experience in important Transformation &/or change management program Based in Pune Additional knowledge/experience that will make a difference Supply chain processes è Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Sourcing/Procurement, Prod. SAP knowledge Comfortable and ability to use AI tools
