PROGRAM MANAGER

Responsibilities •Participate / lead the proposal preparation, design the solution keeping organizational imperatives, prepare & review the estimations, capture the inputs from stakeholders, liaison for required approvals and take the bottom line for response delivery IN ORDER TO position Infosys suitably towards winning the deal.•Provide inputs on the delivery aspects in the contract to limit financial risk to the company. To facilitate requirement gathering interviews, conduct workshops, issue clarifications, review documentation, ensure traceability, sign off by all the stakeholders and own the change management to scope to define the project requirements (both functional & non- functional)•Lead the estimation activities considering org / unit Q&P goals, review the estimates and communicate to all the stakeholders to plan for required budget and resources to successfully execute the project, prepare resource plan including people, space, infrastructure and liaison with required groups to fulfill the project resource requirements•Responsible to lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on-time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.•Lead and manage assigned programs and projects.•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless project delivery.•Ensure timely and accurate reporting of program progress and status to all stakeholders.•Create a Risk Management Plan clearly identifying the risks and mitigation plan and base line the same with all stake holders to minimize any adverse impact to the project.•Develops and maintains end-to-end program level schedule inclusive of business requirements, application development, QA, and implementation and manages performance against it.•Facilitate group review of the program plan and close all outstanding issues to ensure that program plan covers all aspects of the project, perform portfolio analysis, Plan transition and execute transition activities as per the plan to get into the steady state as agreed with the client•Schedule, Monitor, review and control all the program phases (Requirements gathering, Design, Architecture, Development, Testing, Implementation, Warranty) in their entirety for all delivery teams as per program charter and goals •Build formal & informal customer relationships at the program level by engaging them regularly and be the SPOC to the customer on program related activities, provide regular reports, value articulation, managing expectations, build consensus among all teams on critical items, participate in client visits to increase customer satisfaction.•Defining and maintaining change management plan across both client and delivery teams. Effective change management at the program level by ensuring scope and timelines are adequately tracked and communicated to all stakeholders in timely manner.
