Insurance Sales Lead

This position serves as driving sales to achieve overall Health & GI Insurance business targets for IBL Branch Banking in an open architecture platform.
Incumbent should have an eye for detail and drive the business using all the key business parameters like activation, productivity, ATS etc.
Run Analytical based campaigns to ensure an increase in Health and GI Penetration in client base.
Design and executive processes, drive business quality, persistency and customer redressals
Stakeholder engagement / communication on key business performance.
Develop market intelligence to track key trends in the Health Insurance industry and competitive benchmarking, technology trends and regulatory changes.
Managing healthy product quality mix and revenue mix for the bank.
Work Experience Requirements
The incumbent should at least have not less than 15 years of work experience in the Health and GI insurance domain into agency /DST out of which min 5 years in bancassurance. Incumbents having worked in Insurance Company and Bank will be preferred.
