We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Demand Generation Specialist to join our talented team as part of our expansion plans.

Job Summary: We are in search of a talented and results-oriented Demand Generation Specialist to lead our lead generation efforts through professional social media and other reachout activities.

In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, generating high-quality leads for our sales team, campaigns management & aligning with set proven processes.

Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain a robust

network by engaging with prospects, industry professionals, and thought leaders.• Utilize effective lead nurturing techniques, such as personalized content and multichannel follow-ups (email, calling, whatsapp), to convert leads into qualified prospects.• Collaborate closely with other teams to understand their requirements and align outreach strategies to support their goals.• Email Campaigns: Demonstrate familiarity with email marketing and adhere to best practices for creating engaging email campaigns. Set up and ongoing management of email outreach campaigns, including crafting compelling messages and following up with prospects.• Utilize strong analytical skills to track and measure the effectiveness of lead generation efforts, including email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.• Tracking and managing inbound leads & MQLs to maximize conversions into the SQL stage.• Regularly update and manage leads and opportunities on the centralized CRM.• Perform additional activities related to the Demand Generation role, such as personalized email outreach, data research, extraction, and mapping.

Qualifications:

Must have -- Preferably from Engineering background, with minimum 1.5 years of prior work experience in Inside Sales as a Lead Generation Specialist (or similar role) in the B2B segment, particularly SaaS, product, or IT services. OR For Non-Engineering background candidates, minimum 2 years of prior work experience in in Inside Sales as a Lead Generation Specialist (or similar role) in the B2B segment, particularly SaaS, product, or IT services.- Excellent written/drafting skills and verbal communication skills would be a must in both cases. - Should have conducted extensive

reachout campaigns, with in-depth knowledge of 's platform, features, and tools (typically such a candidate would have at least 1500+ connections on ).- Strong understanding of lead generation techniques, online marketing strategies, and best practices.- Willingness to engage in calling-based outreach & follow up is essential.- Proven capability of handling large data sets in Excel/ online worksheets- Must have demonstrated consistent track record of performance in previous roles with keen interest in a Marketing/ Demand Gen career in the long term.- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships.- Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently and collaboratively.

Good to have –- A Master's degree is preferable, but a Bachelor's degree is required.- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems is a plus.- Understanding of startups and venture funding ecosystem.
