Job Description
The HR Process & Training Coordinator is responsible for designing, documenting, and implementing comprehensive employee handbooks for all departments, mapping workflow processes, and delivering effective staff training programs for both new and existing employees. This role will ensure standardized operations, enhance staff competency, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Key duties include:
Develop and maintain department-wise employee handbooks covering policies, workflows, and functional roles.
Conduct training needs analysis and collaborate with department heads to identify competency gaps.
Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs using both in-person and digital platforms.
Facilitate onboarding sessions, ongoing refresher workshops, and process orientation for staff.
Prepare training materials, manuals, and support documents in line with organizational standards.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance tracking.
Maintain records of training activities, outcomes, and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Support departmental managers in internal process documentation and workflow improvements.
Stay updated on best practices in HR, training, and digital learning trends relevant to logistics/service sectors.
Organize and manage logistics for all training activities (venue, equipment, schedules, external facilitators as needed).
Required Skills

Presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills
Proficiency with MS Office, LMS, and online meeting/training tools
Analytical skills for training needs assessment and evaluation
Interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or related field.
Professional certification in training, instructional design, or HR (desirable but not mandatory).
3+ years of experience in HR, staff training, process documentation, or workflow management, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or service industries.
Proven track record of developing training programs and facilitating group/individual learning.
Preferred Experience
Experience with creating handbooks, manuals, SOPs for various business functions.
Familiarity with process mapping tools and digital learning platforms.
Exposure to multi-departmental or cross-functional training coordination in medium/large organizations.
