Job Description:

Both Freshers/ Exp candidates preferred

  • Respond promptly and professionally to get incoming sales inquiries through various channels, such as Instagram, Facebook, etc.

· Memorize scripts and customize them for the clients as per the situation while telecalling.

  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to engage in meaningful conversations with potential customers.
  • Proactively follow up with leads and inquiries, nurturing them through the sales funnel to conversion.

· Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions in our database.

· Ability to work independently and in a team.

· Foster relationships with existing clients and build a rapport with potential clients.
