Job Overview
We are hiring a Senior Marketing Executive - FMCG to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) products. This role requires a mid-level professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in FMCG marketing.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field4 to 6 years of experience in FMCG marketingProven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in digital marketing tools and platformsAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively in a teamAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for FMCG productsConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trendsManage marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social mediaCollaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and financeCreate engaging content for marketing materials such as brochures, websites, and social media platformsMonitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordinglyBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients and suppliersStay up-to-date with industry developments and continuously seek opportunities for business growth
