Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Operations Manager - Online Courses to oversee the development and delivery of skill development and upskilling courses/programs, such as MS Excel, WordPress Web Development, Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing, and many more.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work

effectively with subject matter experts, trainers, and students.

Primary Responsibilities :

The Business Operations Manager will manage all aspects of course delivery and development, including:

  1. Trainer Management

  2. Curriculum Design

  3. Resource Development

  4. Training Session Management

  5. Course Quality Assurance

  6. Student Support

Preferred Qualifications and Skills :


•
Any Graduate / Post graduate (BA, BSc, MA, BCom, BBA, MBA)


• Strong understanding of educational pedagogy and curriculum development


• Excellent communication (English/Hindi/Marathi), interpersonal, and organizational skills


• Min 1-2 years of Experience


• Proven experience in academic management or a similar role will be a plus


• Strong understanding of online/live training methodologies
