Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR cum Admin Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, and work permit support.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Working location: Office in Hanoi - with flexibility for remote work as needed
Recruitment:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and effectively source qualified candidates.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Compensation and Benefits (C&B):
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, social insurance, and other perks.
Conduct onboarding and offboarding for new employees .
Address employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and related policies.
Work Permit Support:
Assist in the preparation and processing of work permits for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and documentation requirements.
Liaise with government agencies, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to facilitate work permit applications and renewals.
Keep abreast of changes in immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance and advise management accordingly.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, compensation and benefits, and/or work permit support preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A strong command of English, both written and spoken, is essential
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
