Job Description:Job Title: Head of Operations (Fitouts) - Interior Design – Mumbai

Role Overview

The Head of Operations (Fitouts) will be responsible for leading and managing the execution of premium and luxury retail interior projects. The incumbent will oversee projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, continuous improvement, and effective billing. This role requires a proven leader with experience in reputed organizations and the ability to manage revenues exceeding ?100 crores while building, training, and motivating high-performance teams.

Job Responsibility

Lead and manage execution of premium and luxury retail interior fitout projects.

Oversee Project Management, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Billing, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Ensure project delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices in execution and delivery.

Build, lead, and mentor a strong operations team, ensuring upskilling and motivation.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.

Manage and achieve a revenue plan in excess of ?100 crores.Key Skills:Mandatory:
10–12 years in the retail interior / fitout industry, with strong exposure to premium and luxury retail projects

Demonstrated leadership experience in reputed organizations.

Proven ability to manage large teams and high-value revenue plans.

Strong knowledge of project execution, QA/QC processes, vendor management, and billing cycles.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience: 10 to 12 years.

Job Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Working Days: 6 days (2nd and 4th Saturday off)

Timings: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM

Qualification: Graduate in relevant field

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹180,000.00 per month
