Roles and Responsibilities:

● Provide comprehensive support to queries received from chat desks on our website and doing counselling over chat.

● Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.

● Ensures all customers are able to get their queries resolved in a timely manner.

● Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

● Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.

● Collecting and keeping an up to date record of the leads generated on chat.

● Continuous learning about company products and latest offers provided.


Pre- requisites:

6 Days working a week, rotational week off

Rotational Shift

Laptop and good internet connectivity

Excellent communication skills in English.

Should have good typing skills.

Quick to learn and able to understand our products & services, as well as the Online Education industry.

Able to work independently.
