You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with our clients, providing them with personalized support and guidance, and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience with our products and services.ResponsibilitiesProactively engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and concernsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and personalized supportProvide product information and guidance to customers to help them make informed decisionsIdentify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to customersCoordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of servicesAddress customers inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional mannerMonitor customer satisfaction and conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedbackCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement customer engagement strategiesStay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related fieldProven experience in client engagement or customer relationship managementPreferably with Podcast & Webinar experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with clientsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsHighly motivated and results-orientedAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentProficient in creating and delivering engaging educational contentEffective at promoting event/seminars to maximize resident participationSkilled in project management and event organizationAdept with digital communication tools and platforms, such as Zoom and Microsoft TeamsStrong understanding of property management topics relevant to residents good to haveAbility to analyze feedback and data to enhance educational programs
