Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth in South India. The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling minerals or chemicals to the rubber industry and a proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the South India region.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and market development.
  • Provide technical product knowledge and support to customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in minerals or chemicals (preferably for the rubber industry).
  • Strong network of contacts within the industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel across South India.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with products such as silica, carbon black, fillers, or rubber chemicals.
