THE OPPORTUNITY
Be a part of something exciting in Online Reputation Management and Lead Generation with the AI world.
- Onboard assigned clients, which includes training customers on the use of Propel Products and services.
- This would entail, understanding the client’s requirements, and working with the software development team and Quality Assurance team to improve the product experience.
- During the initial post-installation phase, analyze client reports and recommend strategies to improve and refine.
- Proactively convey information on Propel products and new feature offerings to
clients & serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Escalate all issues of the clients. Serve as the client advocate and provide feedback to
product management and development team.
- Work with the creative team to brainstorm and present new engagement ideas to the client.
- Create and present monthly reports to the internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Schedule :
- Monday to Friday
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role.
- Experience with a SaaS company in a customer support role is required.
Working Hours
- 6 pm to 02:30 am IST
