THE OPPORTUNITY


Be a part of something exciting in Online Reputation Management and Lead Generation with the AI world.

  • Onboard assigned clients, which includes training customers on the use of Propel Products and services.
  • This would entail, understanding the client’s requirements, and working with the software development team and Quality Assurance team to improve the product experience.
  • During the initial post-installation phase, analyze client reports and recommend strategies to improve and refine.
  • Proactively convey information on Propel products and new feature offerings to

               clients & serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

  • Escalate all issues of the clients. Serve as the client advocate and provide feedback to

               product management and development team.

  • Work with the creative team to brainstorm and present new engagement ideas to the client.
  • Create and present monthly reports to the internal stakeholders. 
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned customers.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


Schedule :


  • Monday to Friday


Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Experience with a SaaS company in a customer support role is required.


Working Hours  

  •  6 pm to 02:30 am IST
