We are seeking a seasoned and strategic 
Logistics Manager
 with 10-12 years of experience to lead our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all logistics activities, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance from scheduling to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily logistics activities, including shipment scheduling, transportation management, and warehouse operations.
  • Monitor shipment statuses and proactively coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Liaise with customs agents, freight forwarders, and transport companies to facilitate smooth import and export operations.
  • Maintain meticulous records of inventory levels, shipment data, and delivery confirmations.
  • Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales departments to align logistics strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze transportation costs and identify opportunities to implement cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality or service.
  • Ensure all logistics activities comply with local and international shipping laws and regulations.
  • Generate and present reports on logistics performance, key metrics, and cost efficiency to senior management.
  • Manage all essential logistics documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving any logistics-related issues and promptly address customer or stakeholder concerns.

Qualifications

  • 10-12 years of proven experience as a Logistics Manager or in a similar senior supply chain management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of local and international shipping laws, customs procedures, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
