About the Role
We are hiring a
Telecaller / Lead Conversion Executive
to help grow our product
Shuru App —a platform where businesses can easily promote themselves and reach local customers.
In this role, you will engage with potential leads, explain the app’s benefits, and convert them into active users. If you are persuasive, target-driven, and passionate about helping businesses grow, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Call and engage potential leads interested in promoting their business on Shuru App.
Explain app features, benefits, and pricing packages.
Convert leads into active users with high closing efficiency.
Maintain CRM records and follow up with clients.
Provide feedback to improve sales pitches and user experience.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales.
Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & English required).
Target-driven with a proven track record in lead conversion.
Knowledge of digital marketing / SaaS / app-based sales is a plus.
