We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused **Telecallers** to join our team in Janakpuri. This role involves reaching out to potential customers, providing information about loan and EMI options, and ensuring excellent customer service. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Make outbound calls to customers to promote loan and EMI services.
- Provide accurate and complete information about products and services.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and generate leads through phone calls.
- Maintain a database of prospective customers and follow up regularly.
- **Customer Support**:

- Answer customer queries regarding loan procedures and EMI options.
- Handle complaints and escalate issues to the relevant department when necessary.
- **Reporting**:

- Update daily call records and maintain detailed reports of interactions.
- Achieve assigned targets for calls and conversions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass or above.
- **Experience**: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
- Good listening and persuasive skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for data entry and call logs.

**Work Environment**:
