Primary responsibilities :

- Provide technical leadership in terms of architecting applications, mentoring developers, and making smart technology decisions

- Oversee & deliver projects that follow the continuous delivery practices with automated unit testing, integration testing and performance testing

- Collaborate with business analysts, Product owner and stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements related to insurance operations

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the insurance application's architecture, components, and integration touch points

- Conduct impact analysis of proposed changes or enhancements and identify potential risks or issues

- Collaborate with development teams to provide guidance on technical implementation and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards

- Contribute to the documentation of system processes, procedures, and technical specifications

- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to insurance and software development

- Review project requirements and budget estimates

- Insurance Domain Knowledge (Mandatory)

- 7+ years of managing enterprise web applications, microservices API, project execution and implementation, involving web services, vendor hosted solutions, web portal, messaging & integration hub, batch processing

- Advance knowledge of applications, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines

- Experience with agile, waterfall development methodology

- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
